Just think about it.

Hey Guys...
So I know it is finals time for a lot of you, and if you are like me, that means you have ZERO interest in committing to doing anything or even thinking about doing anything past finals. But here's the thing--this conference called The Passion Conference. You can check it out at http://www.268generation.com/passion06/www/p06_web.html. My awesome friend Matt (the coolest Baptist I know) mentioned it to me a couple of weeks ago and said that it was awesome last year. Basically it is a conference aimed at college-aged people who want to "discover what it really means to live for the Glory of God on their campuses and throughout the world." There are some pretty cool speakers and musicians who will be making things happen.
It is going on January 2nd through the 5th in Nashville. Even if the conference is no good, you're in Nashville so that's cool right? (scratch that last comment) Anyhow... Check out the website and just let it steep for a couple of days. I really would like to see our group do big things. I think that going to an event where there are 15,00 students who want to be like Jesus could be a good start. Just let me know who wants to go, and we will make it happen. Peace.

The church said that we can use a van and they'll pay for the gas! SO, Don and I are in if we can get a few more people together. I think this is going to be great. Also, thank you Jonathan for getting that info to me-- hopefully some folks from Agnes Scott will go, too--

I have flyers for this and posters and such. It will be great. Even if it were held somewhere like Indiana it would still be awesome.

Problem for me is we start school back on the fourth so.....

J-Krunk!
The first couple of days of each semester are totally throw-aways. E-mail your prof for the syllabus. YOu can totally make it happen. I have done that sort of thing twice. (and I got good grades) It's actually kind of a good way to establish a connection with a prof early in the semester. You get the syllabus from them personally, talk one on one for a few minutes; get some face time. It can be a good thing dude. And this isn't a lame attempt to get you to come. Although, the last conference we both went on was pretty fun... In PCB with Mark Harris and my friend Patrick constantly causing trouble. Anyway, just don't rule it out altogether yet.
